Wealthverio is an analytical and educational portal on real estate crowdlending in Mexico. The information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
Wealthverio is not a Financial Technology Institution (IFC) authorized by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions. It does not raise public funds nor will it place projects directly from this site.
The use of the site is intended for individuals over 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract, residing in Mexico, as well as for legal entities incorporated in accordance with Mexican legislation.
Registration in the informational list is voluntary and free of charge. The user agrees to provide truthful and updated data. Wealthverio may suspend the sending of communications if it detects false data or improper uses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
